Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative at Vortex Supply Powered by Runyon, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with their needs in both English and Spanish. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Pulling: Proficient in order pulling with the ability to lift packages weighing up to 40 lbs, demonstrating a commitment to customer service by assisting with the loading and unloading of orders when required. Ensures the accurate and efficient retrieval of items from inventory, contributing to a seamless fulfillment process. Adheres to safety guidelines and prioritizes customer satisfaction through proactive support in handling and transporting packages.
Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a polite and professional manner, directing sales phone calls to sales staff, and providing accurate and helpful information.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Call Routing: Direct incoming customers to the appropriate department or team members as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
